Harvest Media Ministry was founded in 1996 as Video Ministries International. We exist to serve and encourage disciple-makers through the professional production of relevant communication tools and the provision of related technical services. We aspire to maximize our impact for the kingdom of God by partnering with individuals, ministries and mission organizations who are effectively engaged in reaching those who have not heard the Gospel and equipping those who have.

Each of our team are purpose-driven production professionals dedicated to serving God by serving His kingdom-builders. We are media missionaries supported by churches and individuals who share our vision. Harvest Media Ministry is able to serve Christian ministries and missionary organizations with state-of-the-art professional media production offering dramatic savings for strategic promotional, fundraising and recruiting communication tools.

How We Are Funded

Harvest Media Ministry is the communications arm of Help International Ministries (HIM). Harvest Media Ministry is a mission media service provider.

Because HIM is a non-profit 501(c3), blessed with an endowment, and because our team are missionaries supported by churches and individuals, Harvest Media Ministry is able to serve Christian Ministry Organizations through state-of-the-art professional media production, offering dramatic savings for strategic promotional, fund raising and recruiting communication tools.

What Will It Cost?

After receiving and evaluating a project request, we profile your organization’s media needs and challenges.

If your application for communications assistance is approved, we offer you professional media production services as a charitable contribution to your organization. These services are provided for your organization as a “gift in kind”, Harvest Media Service Grant.

Each organization we serve is encouraged to make a reasonable harvest partnership investment in the production. This voluntary contribution represents a small percentage (generally 10% to 30% of the industry standard, non-profit rate*) of the production costs you would pay in the current market for the same professional media services rendered.

Your Harvest Partnership Investment helps defray our production costs to some measure. HIM also requires our partners to cover all travel, food and accommodations expenses for our production team while on site.
